The 'pair' behind Crafty Pear.

We met while pregnant with our second children and soon realised we had more in common than sleepless nights and potty training.  Our passion for vintage inspired designs, beautiful fabrics and traditional craft skills started out as a hobby and grew into a full time job.  Lisa worked as a vet before starting a family; still stitching but in a sterile operating theatre rather than a ‘lived in’ kitchen workshop. Jo worked as a Wig Assistant on West End Musicals.  The Guys and Dolls she caters for today are rather younger, but are turned-out just as well.  Some of them behave better too.   

The ethos of our business?  Make what makes you happy and see where the journey takes you.
